Exploding Job Offers It's no secret that job offers can be a little overwhelming. You may not know what to make of all the excitement, or you may feel like you're being pressured into making a decision. The thing is an exploding job offer isn't always a good thing. In fact, it's often a sign that the company is in trouble or that they're worried you might get snatched up by someone else. A reasonable offer should allow about a week or up to two weeks to be considered. More than that and filling the job may not be important or the job may even no longer exist. Thank you for listening!
