When faced with a tough job, Tim would just do it without complaining or hesitating. As a new Lieutenant, the author learned the importance of learning from those with more experience, such as a good Sergeant. Tim lived life to the fullest, despite being medically retired from the Marine Corps, and the author encourages others to do the same.
